How Do I Order?

Ordering is just a matter of adding your preferred items to your cart and checkout or contact us for assistance.

All inquiries submitted to support@timelessvapesshop.com will be responded to within 72 business hours.

The first thing you’ll want to confirm is that you are using a Timeless Vapes Cartridge with your Timeless Vapes battery. You’ll also want to confirm that it is, in fact, the battery that is not working, versus a cartridge that is not working. You can test the battery to see if it works by inhaling through the open end of the battery unit. If the light illuminates, the battery is operational .

Clean the Device

The device can be separated from the cartridge to clean the contact points (the top of the battery & the bottom of the cartridge).

● Remove cartridge if installed, then clean with a cotton swab and a small amount of rubbing alcohol. This will remove any oil or debris that may affect the contact points.

If the problem continues we guarantee our batteries from 6 months of purchase. If the device falls within the warranty time frame please head to the return portal to exchange your device.

Once a package/order has been processed and shipped by USPS, UPS and FedEx we are not liable for any lost or stolen items. We recommend checking out these tips:

  • Allow 36 business hours from the date of said deliverance for the package to arrive.
  • Check the surrounding area for the package.
  • Someone else may have accepted the delivery for you.
  • There may have been a notice of attempted delivery.
  • Contact your local USPS, UPS and FedEx with your tracking number

It depends on how often you use your Timeless Vape. Try not to let the battery run all the way down to a zero charge. As soon as it starts blinking, we recommend charging your Timeless Vapes battery as soon as possible. It should take less than two hours for the battery to fully charge. We do not recommend leaving the battery on the charger overnight as that can deplete the battery.

We recommend charging your battery regularly to ensure the best experience. Ensure your battery is fully charged by regularly charging it after use.

Product safety and quality are top priorities for Timeless Vapes Shop. All our products are tested by state-licensed, independent labs to ensure they are free of harmful chemicals such as Benzine, pesticides and metals. We also maintain the highest quality by only using the purest cannabis extracts and botanical terpenes. We do not add “fillers’ ‘ such as vitamin E acetates to our products.

We do not recommend using other batteries besides a Timeless Vapes battery with our Timeless Vapes cartridges. Our batteries are specially designed to function at the optimal temperature for our Timeless Vape cartridges. Other batteries may be at too high of a voltage for the Timeless Vape cartridge and may cause the hardware to malfunction.

If you choose to use your Timeless Vapes cartridge with another battery, we cannot guarantee that the cartridge will be able to replaced if damaged.

It can take 3-5 business days from the date of purchase for the order to be processed (weekends do not apply as business days). Our cut-off time for sending orders out is 3 PM (PST), Monday – Friday. Customers may experience a delay in their orders due to the postal services being at max capacity.

It depends. Many calculations go into determining how many puffs an individual cartridge will dispense. The duration of your inhalation and the type of plant derived extract used each contribute. We cannot guarantee the number of puffs available with each of our products.

The battery should come with some charge on it when it arrives. It will come with a USB charger so that you can easily charge it when needed.

Each of our batteries work best when fully charged. The light tip on our Liquid6 device will flash when your battery has run out. The Liquid 6 LED’s will light when the device is activated. The LED lights for 2 seconds when a short circuit
is detected; remove the cartridge and clean the connection with an alcohol swab. If the problem persists, the cartridge may be shorted. The LED flashes 10X when the battery needs to be recharged. When the battery is plugged in for charging the LED will do one of two things; it will flash 20X indicating that the battery is already fully charged or the LED will turn on indicating that the battery is charging. When fully charged, the LED will flash 20X and then turn off. If the LED does not light when plugged in for charging, the USB port may be inactive, try another USB port.

If your parcel hasn’t had an updated tracking scan in 5 days, it’s considered lost in transit, and you can make a claim.

Flashing lights on the light tip of your Timeless Vapes device indicate the charging status of the device. The halo at the end of the device will light up, and remain lit, while the device is charging. Once the device has finished charging, the light tip will pulse 10 times indicating a full charge has been reached, and then the pulsing will stop.

You can get your cannabis delivered to any physical address in California and Colorado except for public places like parks, schools, libraries, or government buildings.
